    Job Purpose:

    As a Sales Executive at Clariannt, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and selling prospects, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Core Duties:

    • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Qualifying leads generated by the marketing team to determine their potential value.
    • Mapping out a down-funnel journey for every prospect to guide them through the sales process effectively.
    • Scheduling and attending discovery calls to understand clients' needs and preferences.
    • Following up with existing clients to nurture relationships and address any concerns.
    • Collecting feedback from clients to continually improve our products/services.
    • Maintaining accurate records of sales interactions and transactions.
    • Reviewing sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Creating proposals and making bids for business opportunities.
    • Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and other third parties to ensure smooth operations.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
    • Graduate degree in any discipline.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
