    **Job Title: SEO Expert**

    We are seeking an experienced SEO expert to oversee all search engine optimization and marketing activities. This role involves managing various SEO tasks, including content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy, to enhance rankings on major search networks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform technical audits, log file analysis, site crawls, etc., to maintain optimal crawl efficiency.
    • Analyze the current keyword universe and identify gaps in keyword content.
    • Conduct site-specific keyword research and competitive analysis.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Content, Development, and Design.
    • Work with stakeholders to improve the quality of existing pages based on search patterns.
    • Audit and perform backlink analysis to maintain a diverse and healthy link profile.
    • Analyze internal unstructured and structured data to identify short-term and long-term opportunities.
    • Develop and implement link building strategies.
    • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
    • Stay current on new SEO research and emerging trends.
    • Prepare and communicate regular and ad hoc reporting on SEO performance.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in managing relationships with external websites and acquiring backlinks.
    • Deep understanding of keyword research processes to identify opportunities.
    • Solid understanding of on-page optimization best practices and techniques.
    • Strong understanding of search engines and link structures.
    • Good knowledge of SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Majestic, and Ahrefs.
    • Experience working on ORM to improve the overall image of a website.
    • Collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
    • Effective communication with industry professionals and influencers via social media.

    Technical Skills Required:

    • 3+ years of SEO experience.
    • Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
    • Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
    • Experience with SEO reporting.
    • Familiarity with relevant tools, such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, and web analytics tools, like Google Analytics and WebTrends.

    Soft Skills Required:

    • A hard-working and humble disposition.
    • Capacity to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
