    Job Location - Noida / Bangalore

    Job Requisites

    Role Summary

    Technical Knowledge & Experience with:


    • PLC, RTU and BMS-DDC, for major platforms like Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider etc.


    • System Integration on various protocols such as OPC, Modbus, BACnet, LonWorks, Profibus etc. and inter-systems integration between various systems like SCADA, Lighting Control, Security systems etc.


    • PLC Programming / DDC Programming & HMI Design


    • Understanding of Control philosophy for HVAC


    • In building network Design, Installation & Testing (Fiber and copper)


    • Outside plant fiber network design


    • Electrical Instrumentation (selection, installation, and calibration)


    • Panel Design with component selection and troubleshooting (IP Rating, Breaker Selection, Power & Heat Load Calculation etc.)


    • Project Drawings: General Arrangement, Power Distribution, Module Wiring, System Topology, Hookup Drawings, Layout Drawings, Containment Drawings etc.


    • Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment, HAZOP


    • Proficient in Technical Documentation such as FRS, DDS, FAT, SAT, UTPs, O&M Manual, Training Manual, ITP, Method Statement, HAZOP & Risk Assessment etc.


    • Understanding of SMART systems and IoT / IIoT

    Responsibilities

    System Integration and Diversity


    • Experience in Building Automation Systems: Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Lighting Control, Central Battery, UPS, HVAC, Energy Management, HV/MV, PV/VA, AV, ICT, Generator, Fuel Systems, Substation Systems etc.


    • Experience in system integration for Building Energy Management system on Open industry protocols such as OPC, BACnet etc.


    • Experience on District Cooling systems and campus wide BMS will be beneficial.


    • Experience in structured cabling. Full Project Life Cycle Exposure Experienced in all steps of project implementation from initiation to completion i.e.


    • Experience is Pre-sales design and costing


    • Highly proficient in the interpretation of technical specifications


    • Experience in project implementation and sub-contractor coordination


    • Should have successfully Tested and commissioned several projects (references to be provided) Knowledge and Familiarization with Standards:


    • Familiarization with Industrial Standards ISA, IEC, BS, IEEE


    • Familiarization with Industrial Standards BS7671 (Electrical Installation)


    • Familiarization with Industrial Standards BS5378 (Safety signs and colors)


    • Familiarization with Industrial Standards IEC Programmable Controllers)


    • Familiarization with Industrial Standards IEC Substation Automation)


    • Familiarization with QCS


    • Basis ASHRAE requirements for HVAC


    • TIA 606A and TIA 607 for ICT Cabling Installation.
