    Job Overview

    We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Transmarine Cargo. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of account management principles. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in account management in the logistics industry.

    • Proven experience as an Account Manager in the logistics industry

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients
    • Monitor and manage key accounts, ensuring profitability and growth
    • Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on account status
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
    • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment collection
    • Resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
