    Marketing Executive

    Department: Marketing

    Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)

    Reports to: Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    • Create a content calendar, plan campaigns, and oversee creative production.
    • Write compelling content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and other marketing channels.
    • Influencer marketing – Identify, collaborate, and manage relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.
    • Social media management – Handle brand accounts across platforms, monitor trends, and actively engage with the audience.
    • Performance tracking & optimization – Analyze social media metrics, track campaign performance, and optimize for better engagement and conversions.
    • Basic graphic design & creative input – Leverage basic design skills to create visually appealing content (Canva or similar tools).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand goals.

    Qualifications & Skills Required

    • - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • - 1-3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in FMCG, D2C, or nutrition/wellness brands).
    • - Strong content writing and storytelling skills – Ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy.
    • - Proficiency in social media marketing – Understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
    • - Familiarity with influencer marketing – Experience in managing influencer collaborations.
    • - Basic design skills – Comfortable using Canva or other design tools for social media creatives.
    • - Excellent communication & teamwork skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with teams.
