Job Responsibilities

•Proactively engage with potential clients through various communication channels (phone, whatsapp API and whatsapp).

•Understand customer needs and align services to address their requirements.

•Cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

•Provide ongoing support and be a point of contact for client inquiries.

•Utilize CRM software to manage and qualify leads.

•Assess the viability of potential clients and prioritize leads for follow-up.

•Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

•Utilize CRM tools to track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely updates.

• Meeting weekly sales target diligently and meeting & exceeding such targets.

•Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.

•Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications Requirement

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education

• 2 years working experience or 1+ year experience in customer service , sales or client services / interactions

• Good Proficiency in English ( spoken and written )

Skills Requirement

• Proactive working attitude , quick learning ability and good problem solving skills

• Previous working experience with spreadsheets , data entry , customer service calls is a added advantage in your onboarding

• Open to adapt to organizational changes

• Open to adapt to cross-departmental shuffling if found suitable for other profile in same organization

Salary - Around 28-35K

Location - Mayur Vihar , Delhi

Job Type - Full - Time / On-site

Timings am to 7.00 pm (Mon-Sat)
