    MoEVing specializes in Last Mile Delivery services with a focus on sustainability using Electric Vehicles (EVs).

    Committed to revolutionizing the logistics industry, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Head to lead and optimize our Last Mile Delivery operations.


    Position Overview:


    As the City Operations Head for Last Mile Delivery at MoEVing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the operational strategy for our EV-powered delivery network in Pune.

    We are looking for a seasoned professional in logistics operations, specifically in the last mile delivery segment.


    Responsibilities include - Strategic Planning, Team Leadership, Process Optimization, Technology Integration, Performance Metrics, Fleet Management, Compliance and Safety, Customer Experience, Cost Management, and Driver Engagement.


    Role Requirements:

    • Design & implement a city-wide strategy to be the Service-Provider of choice in Last Mile Delivery.
    • Own the profitability of City Operations - overall and at hub-level.
    • Manage and Execute Strategies for maximizing Deployment and Customer Satisfaction.
    • Build an ecosystem of Operations where Riders & Enablers have high engagement & retention. Display strong People Leadership qualities.
    • Identify and grow alternate Revenue streams for augmenting and optimizing the current infrastructure.
    • Be a champion for Tech Adoption across-Operations. Support & collaborate Tech Team in building innovative technology solutions for smooth and scalable operations.

    Profile Requirements:

    Education:
    Minimum: Degree.


    Preferred:
    1.Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

    2.MBA or graduation from a premier institute.


    Experience:

    • 810 years of overall experience.
    • 56 years of progressive experience in logistics operations, with a focus on last mile delivery.

    • Preferred: Startup experience in Logistics/Last mile delivery.
    • Experience of working in the EV industry/Sustainability Space.
