    The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of front office functions and be capable of supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about business process improvement and have a keen eye for detail.

    • We are seeking an experienced Business Process Support Specialist to join our team, someone who has extensive knowledge in application/production support and trading applications or other Trade Execution systems.
    1. This individual will work closely with various IT teams to ensure seamless system performance, participate in DR and BCP activities, as well as contribute to Audit and yearly upgrades. Additionally, they will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop effective processes.

    Suitable candidates should have 8-10 years' experience in their field along with strong analytical skills. It's essential that you've worked on initiatives such as Order Simulation, Pre & Post Trade Compliance checks, Trade Execution, Reconciliation etc., which aligns perfectly with this position.
