Job Title: Chief Sales Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead our team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) in driving sales growth, expanding bank tie-ups, and enhancing EDC/POS sales in assigned geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key banks to drive EDC/POS deployments and ensure seamless product activations.
Lead a high-performing team of BDMs to achieve monthly sales targets and enrollments for EDC/POS products.
Develop and execute market penetration strategies to drive lead generation and increase revenue.
Oversee branch activations, ensuring timely completion and meeting Capex revenue goals.
Maintain strong relationships with key industry players, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.

Main Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Bank Tie-ups and EDC/POS Deployments
Capex Revenue from EDC/POS Sales
Lead Generation for EDC & SB Deployment, Branch Activation, and Existing EDC/SB Base Activation
