- Email and calendar management – responsible for screening, prioritizing and managing email flow and meeting requests for Country Manager.
- Coordinate with various departments on responses to be provided from a Bank-wide perspective to Head Office, regulators and other third parties.
- Assist the Country Manager in preparation of presentations, reports, memos and notes by taking inputs from the concerned departments.
- Drafts routine letters, proofreads with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintains close liaison with senior stakeholders and communicates clearly the instructions of the Country Manager to the department heads. Responsible for collation of agenda and minutes and note taking for IMC meetings.
- Develops a system of filing & record keeping and retrieves & delivers information/documents as and when required by the Country Manager.
- Manage the pending list for the Country Manager and proactively follow up/coordinate with the concerned departments for feedback/ inputs.
- Compilation of periodic returns to RBI and IBA
- Travel management – coordinate for travel and accommodation arrangements for Country Manager and senior Bank officials.
- Overall coordination for events / road shows on pan-India basis.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Country Manager.
- Graduate with minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in Business Co-ordination along with handling secretarial responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of computer applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good English written and spoken communication skills.
- Pleasant personality, friendly and cooperative nature.
- Strong organizational skills.
