    Job Description:

    We are seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implementation & Configuration
      • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including OTL, Benefits, Compensation, and US Payroll.
      • Design and execute end-to-end solutions based on business requirements.
    • Requirement Gathering & Solution Design
      • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
      • Design and recommend best practices for Oracle Fusion HCM configuration and workflows.
    • Testing & Deployment
      • Develop test cases, perform functional testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
      • Assist in go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition to production.
    • Integration & Reporting
      • Work with technical teams to integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, Financials, Timekeeping systems).
      • Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
    • Training & Documentation
      • Provide training to end-users and HR teams.
      • Create documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
    • Support & Troubleshooting
      • Offer post-implementation support, resolve system issues, and optimize processes.
      • Work closely with Oracle Support to address product defects and patches.
    • Compliance & Security
      • Evaluate compliance with US Payroll regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
      • Configure security roles and data access policies based on business needs.

    Requirements:

    • Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, and customization.
    • Familiarity with US Payroll regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
