Exp: 5 To 15 Years

Perform detailed analysis of different design methodologies for converters like LLC, DCDC, Buck-Boost, Flyback for On Board Chargers(OBC) and DCDC converters
Worked on different hard/soft switching control methodologies of Power semiconductor devices like MOSFET (Si, SiC, GaN) and IGBT
Design control loops for OBC and DCDC including sensor acquisition and PWM pattern generation
Develop state machines and diagnostics for OBC and DCDC converter
Collect requirements from respective stakeholders and convert them into deliverables
Using the technical/domain expertise guide a Model based Development (MBD) team to design the control of DC-DC converters
Conceptual design and prototypical implementation of new ideas in OBC and DC-DC Converters (Quality,Cost and Delay constraints should be taken into account)
Experienced in Functional Safety Software Development up to ASIL-D according to ISO26262-6:2018
Process compliant implementation and verification of functionalities including creation of relevant process artifacts like detail design, unit test report and traceability.
