    Job Title: Executive / Assistant Executive

    Reports to: Head - Corporate Human Resource

    Job Objective:

    To support the talent acquisition function through effective management of recruitment processes and administrative tasks. Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment cycle to drive organizational success.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    1. Talent Acquisition: Assist Talent Acquisition lead in coordinating end-to-end recruitment process for open positions, from job posting to onboarding.
    2. Assist hiring managers to create and maintain accurate ARFs on SuccessFactors.
    3. Map job codes with job descriptions accurately on SuccessFactors.
    4. Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
    5. Conduct candidate screenings.
    6. Coordinate interviews and gather interview feedback from hiring managers.
    7. Assist hiring managers with assessment forms, feedback submission, and candidate evaluation.
    8. Maintain and update candidate trackers, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
    9. Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and vendors.
    10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and equal employment opportunity laws.
    11. Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
    12. Act as a point of contact for candidates to answer questions about the recruitment process, job expectations, or company culture.
    13. Assist in gathering feedback from candidates and hiring managers about the recruitment process to identify areas for improvement.
    14. Assist in job description mapping and cleaning exercise for all roles.
    15. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics with respect to turnaround time.
    16. Assist in generating recruitment reports and dashboards by leveraging data analysis.

    General Administration:

    • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, PMS report generation, and record-keeping.
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate data, interview notes, and feedback.
    • Assist in creating and maintaining function-wise recruitment trackers and dashboards.
    • Assist with maintaining compliance records and helping to prepare for audits if necessary.
