Role andResponsibilities:

Themarketing/communications manager will be responsible for thewebsite publications inboundmarketing socialmedia marketing external and internal content in partnership withvariousdepartments and external agencies.

The Manager also lays the foundation forstakeholderengagement through a coordinatedstrategic approach. Websiteoversight Digital inbound marketingpublication of print materials. Promotionalmedia (videography photography etc.)

Socialmedia presence Develop a stakeholderengagement strategy Oversee partnershipswith external organizations from a marketingstandpoint Manage requests from externalmedia for information Ensure events andprograms are presented in a manner consistent withthecommunicationstrategy Supervise external vendors andagencies/internal including digital marketingdesignersprinters and photographers hired bythe department as necessary Organize andmanage special events and manage support staff assigned toprovideadministrativeassistanceRequirements competencies andskills Degree in communication marketing orrelated is an added advantage Five plusyears of communications and marketing experience in theinternationalnotforprofitorganizationExcellent computer skills and professionallevel skills in graphicsand knowledge ofdesktop publishing forinhouse graphics design and production a plus experiencewithsocial mediaAbility to work effectively with diversestakeholders Excellent written and oralcommunication skills inEnglish
