Analyst- Sustainability Reporting - Gurgaon

+ Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG emissions inventory in alignment with the GHG Protocol.
+Support data collection from business units across geographies,
+Conduct initial validation checks on collected data,
+Assist in third-party verification processes and respond to auditor queries,+Prepare inputs for major ESG disclosures such as CDP , TCFD , CSRD , ISSB , internal sustainability reporting,
Help generate dashboards summarizing data trends,+Coordinate with teams to gather emission-related data,+Maintain documentation on emissions factors,data sources,and calculation guidance+Stay updated on evolving climate standards,sustainability reporting trends,Benchmarking efforts by gathering information on industry practices,new tools+,Reviewers should have Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science,Sustainability Engineering Finance Accounting Climate Science or related fields+,Working knowledge of sustainability concepts including GHG emissions Climate reporting frameworks GRI CSRD.,Proficiency Excel analytics/reporting tools preferred Workiva Watershed Strong attention to detail organizational discipline willingness learn Strong written verbal communication skills.+Experience supporting ESG reporting corporate consulting environment Familiarity GHG Protocol ISO14064 SBTi guidance Basic understanding controls frameworks Certifications coursework ESG/Sustainability ISSP FSA training
