We are seeking a talented SQL Developer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in SQL Server/Sybase relational databases, including a deep understanding of database internals such as storage, optimization, tuning, and partitioning. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the stability and efficiency of our plant and processing systems by delivering innovative technology solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of SQL to write efficient queries and stored procedures.

Provide daily support for the database, ensuring its ongoing health and performance.

Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Interact directly with users and technologists across the organization to understand and address their needs.

Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement and optimization.

Required Skills:

Excellent working knowledge of databases, with expertise in Sybase and SQL.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming.

Experience with iterative/agile development practices.

Exposure to working in a global delivery team.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with business users at all levels.

Desired Skills (Optional):

Familiarity with MQ, Autopsy's, Hibernate, Spring, JAVA, and multi-threaded systems.

Prior experience in investment banking.
