- Leading Daily Property Operations: As a seasoned facilities expert, you will manage the daily client activities for the assigned property or facility. This includes implementing building procedures, ensuring compliance with performance measures and health and safety standards, and promoting best practices to boost on-site operations.
- Getting the Client's Thumbs Up: You will build strong relationships with clients, proactively ensuring their expectations are met and serving as the main point of contact for all facilities-related concerns.
- Keeping an Eye on Contracts and the Budget: You will take charge of the site's budget, accounting, and financial operations. This also involves coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with procurement processes and the delivery of quality work according to contract and budget.
- Fostering Teamwork and Excellence: You will support the growth and development of your team through training and coaching, upholding a culture that thrives on collaboration, cooperation, and performance excellence. You will also ensure the team is constantly motivated, with trust and strong work ethics prevailing among members.
- Adept at Facilities Management: You must have a solid background in contract management, budget supervision, customer service, and stakeholder engagement.
