    Key Responsibilities

    • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals.
    • Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to meet their needs.

    Digital Marketing

    Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns.

    • Develop engaging content for various platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Assistance will be provided for these.

    Campaign Management

    Plan and execute marketing campaigns from concept to completion, including budgeting and performance analysis.

    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for future improvements.

    Market Research

    Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.

    • Utilize data to inform marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.

    Collaboration

    Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

    • Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.

    Customer Engagement

    Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

    • Implement initiatives to gather customer feedback and improve the shopping experience.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, Communications.

    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion trends.
    • Proficiency in analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
