    Overview: As anHR Manager you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive andproductive work environment. Your responsibilities will span a widerange of HR functions including talent acquisition employeerelations performance management and compliance. You will workclosely with leadership to implement HR strategies that align withthe organizations goals andvalues.


    KeyResponsibilities:


    TalentAcquisition: Develop andimplement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retaintop talent. Conduct job interviews evaluatecandidates and collaborate with hiring managers to make informedhiring decisions. Manage the onboardingprocess to ensure a smooth transition for newemployees.


    EmployeeRelations:

    Serve as a pointof contact for employees addressing concerns and resolvingconflicts. Promote a positive workplaceculture by fostering open communication and employeeengagement. Conduct investigations intoemployee complaints or misconduct asneeded.


    PerformanceManagement:

    Oversee theperformance appraisal process providing guidance to managers andemployees. Implement performance improvementplans when necessary and assist in career developmentinitiatives. Ensure fair and consistentapplication of performancestandards.


    Training andDevelopment:

    Identifytraining needs and coordinate professional developmentprograms. Facilitate training sessions ontopics such as diversity and inclusion leadership skills andcompliance. Monitor and evaluate theeffectiveness of training initiatives.


    HR Policies andCompliance:

    Develop updateand enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with laborlaws and regulations. Stay abreast ofchanges in employment laws and ensure the organizationscompliance. Conduct regular audits to assessHR policy adherence.


    BenefitsAdministration:

    Administeremployee benefit programs including health insurance retirementplans and other perks. Communicate benefitinformation to employees and assist in resolving benefitrelatedissues.


    EmployeeEngagement:

    Implementinitiatives to enhance employee morale andsatisfaction. Organize teambuildingactivities recognition programs and events to foster a positiveworkplace culture.


    DataManagement:

    Maintain accurateand uptodate employee records and HRdatabases. Generate reports on HR metrics toprovide insights fordecisionmaking.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or arelated field. Proven experience as an HRManager or in a similar HR role. Indepthknowledge of HR laws regulations and bestpractices. Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills. Strong problemsolvingand decisionmaking abilities. Ability tomaintain confidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation. HR certification (e.g. SHRMCPor PHR) is a plus.
