    Roles and Responsibilities

    • As a strategic position within the HR function, he/she will lead HRBP teams across the country and Corporate Recruitment team, driving key HR initiatives.

    • Collaborate with Business verticals to understand requirements and optimize HR deliverables through planning and scheduling.

    • Work closely with Business and Leadership to achieve business delivery targets, implementing Corporate/Business/Regional HR strategies within processes and adhering to Company policies/practices.

    • Lead Talent Acquisition based on approved budgets and job specifications, completing onboarding within set timelines.

    • Manage the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining to exit, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.

    • Develop innovative engagement strategies to reduce attrition through effective employee engagement, assisting Leadership in rolling out organization-wide HR initiatives.

    • Act as the single point of contact for employees and managers regarding people-related dimensions.

    • Analyze data/trends to develop 'best-in-class' HR initiatives, maintaining our position as 'Best Workplace' in the BFSI sector.

    • Participate in HR reviews, sharing best practices at a functional level.

    • Champion various HR process interventions in Performance Effectiveness Program, Rewards and Recognition, and Employee development/engagement initiatives.

    • Implement all HR Procedures, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of HR deliverables.

    • IDentify key engagement drivers, developing internal employee communication plans to inform, inspire, and involve employees.

    • Conduct monthly Attrition analysis, creating action plans to track and arrest undesirable attrition.

    • Design and Implement Talent Frameworks, roll out talent programs, and implement industry best practices, leading the Talent Assessment & deployment process for mid-senior level leaders.

    • Own the update and review of the succession planning module information for eligible populations, working on actionables arising from succession planning exercises.

    • Develop and own the employee communication plan for the organization, bringing intelligence on newer and more effective forms of employee communication and employee connect.
