    Job Title: Workforce Coordinator

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Schedule Management: Create, maintain and adjust shift schedules based on client requirements and workforce availability.

    To ensure efficient staffing operations, maintain client satisfaction, and support workforce productivity.

    Main Responsibilities:
    • Push out all shift requests from our clients into the scheduling tool.
    • Send shift confirmations to management and communicate weekly coverage confirmations to clients.
    The role requires a strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.The ability anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.High level of integrity required.Maintain accurate records using company trackers.</body></html>
