- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps Portals to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
- Customize and extend portal functionalities using Power Apps, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
- Develop custom customer engagement (CE) apps within the Dynamics 365 platform, catering to specific business needs and user workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and intuitive CE apps.
- Implement endtoend solutions leveraging the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to automate processes and improve business efficiency.
- Ensure the successful deployment and adoption of Power Apps solutions, providing ongoing support and maintenance as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver highquality solutions on time and within budget.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Power Apps Portals, including customization and extension capabilities.
- Experience in customizing and extending Customer Engagement (CE) Apps within the Dynamics 365 platform to meet business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in Power Platform development, with a focus on Power Apps Portal and Customer Engagement Apps.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail in designing and implementing Power Apps solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
