Job summary
We are looking for a Field Supervisor Service to join our team in Kolkata. As a Field Supervisor Service you will coordinate between Area Executives employees and customers Be present at reporting place of examiners to get feedback of previous day plan daily schedule Carry out annual equipment survey Plan for repair schedule as preventive method Conduct tool box talk with employees Make employees continuously aware about safe work practices Fatality Preventive Audits/ Tool Box Demonstration Prepare quarterly review report Make T orders Monitor how to reduce callbacks Inspect or re-inspect see progress of work/ Random Check for Quality Manpower allotment day to day basis on callbacks received Adherence EH S policy and practices meet clients regularly for rapport development communicate with examiners on regular basis take care their problems create confidence amongst them correspond with clients for renewal contract quotation PA settlement Two months prior expiry free service contract date inspect elevator Negotiate with clients price fixation contracts T order Handle effective conversions when necessary lead team complete given task facilitate them need Check opportunity potential TBusiness efforts acquisition recoveries achieving target follow-up invoices payments Update necessary conversion recovery cancellation into system Review regularly Net OPayment Additional Responsibilities Ensure issues identified Risk Assessment JHA process mitigated controlled accordance assigned responsibilities schedules Conduct EHS inspection audit quota ensure completion corrective actions targeted completion date Participating Incident InvestigationJob description
