    Overview:

    As a JuniorEngineer at our organization you will play a crucial role insupporting the engineering team and contributing to variousprojects.     KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assist in designingdeveloping and testing engineering systems andproducts
    • Conduct research to gather informationand stay updated with the latest technologytrends
    • Collaborate with the team totroubleshoot and resolve technicalissues
    • Participate in project planning andprovide support in project managementtasks
    • Perform routine maintenance on equipmentand systems
    • Assist in creating technicaldocumentation and reports
    • Contribute toimproving existing processes andprocedures
    • Attend training sessions andworkshops to enhance skills andknowledge
    • Follow safety guidelines andprotocols in all engineeringactivities
    • Communicate effectively with teammembers and stakeholders

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inEngineering or relevant field
    • Strong grasp ofengineering principles and concepts
    • Proficiencyin CAD software and other engineeringtools
    • Good understanding of manufacturingprocesses and materials
    • Ability to read andinterpret technical drawings andschematics
    • Excellent problemsolving skills andanalytical thinking
    • Strong communication andinterpersonal abilities
    • Capability to work in ateam environment and collaborateeffectively
    • Attention to detail and commitmentto delivering highquality work
    • Willingness tolearn and adapt to new technologies andmethodologies
