Ensuring qualityreconciliation and timely action on reconciliationitems. PreparingMIS/dashboard for Managementpresentation.
Leading Process improvement and automation bringing bestpractices. Ensuringcompliance to internal control/Statutoryguidelines.
Liasoning with Auditors (internal/external) for timely and cleanaudits. Act asindependent controller for assigned area ofoperation Ensurecompliance with relevant financial regulations tax laws andaccountingstandards. Coordinate andfacilitate internal and external audits addressing any findings andimplementing necessary correctiveactions. Staycurrent with industry regulations taxation policies and legalrequirements affecting the real estate and constructionsectors.
