    We are currently looking for a Accounting Associate to join our Finance Support Team in Bangalore (Immediate Joiners Required)

    Main Responsibilities:

    1) Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:

    • month and end-year process
    • accounts payable/receivable
    • Booking accruals and Provisions
    • general ledger reconciliation
    • cash forecasting
    • revenue and expenditure variance analysis
    • Fixed assets reconciliations and posting depreciation
    • Posting bank entries and Bank Reconciliation
    • Tax Payments and preparing statutory returns

    2) Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

    3) Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

    4) Coordinate and complete annual audits

    5) Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

    6) Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

    Required Skills:

    • Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
    • Advanced computer skills on MS Excel and preferrable experience in Zoho Books
    • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • CA with 5-8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
