- Utilize Microsoft Teams as an administrator to streamline communication and manage company-wide projects.
- Create and manage essential documents, presentations, project flows, diagrams, and perform comprehensive people analysis.
- Undertake tasks and projects as assigned to support business needs.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in the tech industry or similar dynamic environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and tech-oriented recruitment platforms.
- Expertise in labor law and workplace compliance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
