    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the business strategy and software development goals.
    • Manage relationships between management and employees, resolving issues and promoting employee satisfaction.
    • Oversee the recruitment process to attract top tech talent and other necessary roles.
    • Nurture a positive working environment and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
    • Administer and expand performance management and improvement systems.
    • Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits.
    • Monitor and implement applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations and maintaining records.
    • Lead effective use of platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook for recruitment and brand enhancement.
    • Utilize Microsoft Teams as an administrator to streamline communication and manage company-wide projects.
    • Create and manage essential documents, presentations, project flows, diagrams, and perform comprehensive people analysis.
    • Undertake tasks and projects as assigned to support business needs.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally in the tech industry or similar dynamic environments.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and tech-oriented recruitment platforms.
    • Expertise in labor law and workplace compliance.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
