    • Constantresearch on the catchment to identify key properties that can beacquired to do business withOYO
    • Meet propertyowners and sell OYOs vision of providing comfortable stays formany
    • Build a jointbusiness plan with the property owners to have a profitablebusiness association and bring them on board ourplatform
    • Liaise withkey stakeholders from lead generation till the property goes liveon the OYOplatform
    • Periodicreview of the SLAs signed off with the propertyowners
    • Update keymarket trends and real estate developments in the designatedarea
    • Resolve issuesarising between Property Owners and OYO s Operations/Revenueteam
