    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in web content writing and copywriting
    • Proficiency in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
    • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and budgets
    • Familiarity with ad serving platforms and digital advertising techniques
    • Solid understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
    • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads
    • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization
    • Create engaging and informative web content, including blog posts, landing pages, and social media posts
    • Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using web analytics tools
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
    • Manage and analyze data collected from various digital marketing channels to identify new opportunities for growth
    • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts
    • Manage and oversee the work of digital marketing staff and agencies
