    Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource, Business Administration, travel, tourism and hospitality, Commerce, Arts, Law (Immigration) or related fields.
  • Experience Required- 8 to 12 Years

  • Minimum 5+ years professional experience in an immigration or mobility role/environment with proven experience leading high performing teams and managing relationships with senior internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of EMEA, Americas (USA+LATAM) and APAC immigration frameworks and processes an advantage.
  • Candidates must demonstrate:

  • A strong understanding of immigration frameworks and concepts
  • Deep immigration technical knowledge in two or more geographies an advantage
  • Proven operational experience in immigration procedures and processes
  • Proven experience managing operational teams and performance deliverables
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage senior and intercultural stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Exposure to quality control and risk management processes
  • Proven ability to manage complex immigration scenarios and multiple projects to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Project management skills to plan and prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Proven administrative and organizational skills
