Description

Managing employee data base from joining to separation and maintaining records of all HR functions and processes

Conduct end to end recruitment process

Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development

Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Undertake tasks around performance management Assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.

Handling employees grievances and bring into notice of top management & Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly

Promote & develop healthy, positive and transparent work culture within department.

Work closely with team members and establish trustworthy relationship with them. Performs other duties as assigned.
