    Description

    PURPOSE OF THEJOB

    We are seeking a skilled andknowledgeable SCCM/Intune/MDM Support Engineer to join our team. Asan SCCM/Intune/MDM Support Engineer you will play a crucial role insupporting our organizations SCCM/Intune environment ensuring itssmooth operation and providing technical assistance to users. Yourexpertise in SCCM/Intune services and applications will beessential in maintaining and optimizing our digitalworkplace.

    MAINRESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manageand maintain SCCM and Intune systems to support endpoint managementapplication deployment and security across theorganization.
    • Implementconfigure and optimize policies profiles and compliance settingsfor devices managed through SCCM Intune and MDMsolutions.
    • Coordinateand execute software deployments updates patches and configurationsusing SCCM and Intune ensuring minimal disruption toendusers.
    • Monitorand analyze system performance health and security proactivelyidentifying and resolving issues related to SCCM Intune and MDMoperations.
    • Collaboratewith IT teams to plan and execute migrations upgrades andexpansions of the endpoint managementinfrastructure.
    • Developand maintain documentation procedures and guidelines for SCCMIntune and MDM operations andconfigurations.
    • Providetechnical support troubleshooting assistance and guidance toendusers or support teams on SCCM Intune and MDMrelatedissues.

    EXPERIENCEREQUIREMENTS

    Associate degree in informationtechnology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalentexperience).

    Proficient experience inadministering and managing SCCM Intune and other MDM solutions inan enterprise environment.

    Strong understandingof endpoint management software deployment patch management anddevice security principles.

    Handson expertise inconfiguring and troubleshooting SCCM Intune and MDM policiescompliance settings and deploymentstrategies.

    Familiarity with Windows operatingsystems Active Directory Azure AD and networkingconcepts.

    Knowledge of incident and problemmanagement processes and tools for timely resolution of M365relatedissues.

    Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problemsin the M365environment.

    • Microsoftcertifications are aplus.
    • Knowledgeof the core Microsoftservices:

    • Excellentwritten and spokenEnglish.

    • Excellentanalytical and diagnostic problemsolving skills with the ability ofproviding solutions to identifiedproblems.
    • Abilityto communicate problems in terms that are understandable to endusers at alllevels.
    • Demonstratedexperience in understanding designing delivering and demonstratingcompliance with information securityrequirements.
    • Knowledgeand experience in performing information security practices in themanagement and delivery of infrastructure andoperations.
