Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, enhance, and integrate BMC Remedy / Helix ITSM solutions
• Provide technical leadership for Remedy and Helix ITSM implementations, enhancements, and integrations
• Design and manage Helix Dashboards and Smart Reporting solutions
• Lead and support Helix upgrades and Smart Reporting migration activities
• Build and manage interfaces and integrations with external tools across all ITSM modules
• Analyze existing solutions and perform impact assessments for proposed changes
• Ensure solution performance, scalability, and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Guide development teams and ensure best practices in development and delivery
• Manage architecture documentation and ensure alignment with enterprise standards

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in BMC Remedy development, customization, enhancement, and integration
• Proven experience working in technical roles prior to or alongside Solution Architect responsibilities
• Experience managing performance, quality delivery, and technical governance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support team members
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
