Job DescriptionA Technical Support 1 is generally assigned for the upkeep of the company's assets deployed in different areas across the country via on-site and remote implementations.
The Technical Support 1 shall be analytical and sufficiently trained in every aspect of the job. They are expected to deliverconcise reports and outputs.Operational FunctionsRemote and on-site asset technical support, updating and documentation
Hardware and software installation and configurations
Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT equipment troubleshooting and servicing
Site installation and pull-out supervision
Periodical on-site asset maintenance
Assists in research and development of IT hardware requirements
Processing of delivery and billing documents at Mall and Property offices
Monthly and concurrent processing of COP, COC, COI (Certificates of Performance, Completion and Implementation)
Requirements
Worked as an IT/Computer technician from a reputable company
Must have no derogatory records
At least a graduate of any Computer, IT and any related courses
Must have at least 1 year of experience on scope of work
Multi-platform Operating System familiarity
Adept in both hardware, software and firmware Installation, upkeep and troubleshooting
Able to communicate clearly in Filipino and English languages in both written and verbal means
RequirementsEducation Degree in Business Management or equivalent; Master's Degree is ideal Related Experience At least 5 years of experience in selling relevant IT products and services Must have experience working in a corporate/business-focused environment Proven track record of successfully pitching for new business Proven track record of increasing revenue through discovering new business opportunities and key accounts.
Knowledge Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Should be well knowledgeable in selling ALL of the products and services of the Company and therefore powerfully articulate the best possible solution to customer and internal support Has in-depth industry/ market knowledge and network.
Soft Skills Should have an excellent sense of business acumen and should be able to manage profitability and budget for a healthy PnL and ROI.
Excellent negotiation skills Relies on extensive experience, industry research study, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Excellent Communication Skills
