Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for an Indian English Audio Transcriber and AI Specialist. The role involves transcribing Indian English audio accurately while adhering to quality standards and guidelines. Daily responsibilities include reviewing audio recordings, ensuring text accuracy, identifying nuances of Indian English accents, and collaborating with teams working on AI-focused projects. This role also supports the development of AI models by providing high-quality, annotated data.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in transcription, with excellent written and verbal command of Indian English.
- Ability to identify and interpret regional accents and dialects in Indian English audio files.
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading and ensuring the accuracy of transcriptions.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and experience working with data labeling or annotation tools is preferred but not required.
- Strong research skills to verify accurate terminology, particularly in domains related to AI, media, and technical content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Languages, Linguistics, Communications, or a related domain is a plus.
- Prior experience in transcription, media or content-related roles is an advantage.
