Looking for immediate joinetrs.

• Have a depth knowledge about Nice IEX WFM Tool.
• Should have worked as ADMIN role of IEX.
• Should have prior knowledge of IEX setups for new projects.
• Should have problem solving skills on the IEX tool.
• Collaboratively work with planning, scheduling, and RTA team to implement IEX.
• Manage multiple reports through IEX as per process requirement.
• Have knowledge with power point presentation.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders / departments within CC for effective delivery of all efficiency parameters.
• Working extensively on improving efficiencies for the CC Manage ad-hoc requirements from Ops & any other functions.
• Discuss & review with WFM team until tool implementation.
• People engagement & performance enhancement
• Manage to facilitate training for OPS, WFM and other functions.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience with IEX tool.

• Should have worked extensively with at least one of the WFM software's, like IEX

• Minimum – Graduation, Post-graduation diploma is desirable
