    Senior Manager - Branded Content



    Role Summary:

    We are searching for a Seasoned Manager to oversee our client services team. The chosen candidate will serve as a liaison between clients and our creative departments, ensuring smooth communication, project delivery, and client satisfaction. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, business acumen, and a profound understanding of digital marketing and creative content creation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Direct and supervise the client services team, upholding high standards for client interaction, project management, and service provision.
    • Advise key clients on their business objectives, obstacles, and market prospects to offer strategic advice and solutions.
    • Ensure timely and quality project deliveries within budget constraints, upholding the agency's reputation for excellence.
    • Cultivate enduring client partnerships, recognizing avenues for account expansion and new business acquisition.
    • Collaborate closely with creative, content, strategy, and production teams for a unified approach to client projects.
    • Track and analyze client and project performance, offering insights and suggestions to clients and internal teams.
    • Lead pitch teams in formulating and delivering proposals for potential business ventures.
    • Contribute to the overall management and strategic vision of the agency.
    • Maintain a robust P&L, ensuring team efficiency, performance, and profitability.
    • Motivate and guide teams to perform at their best.
    • Manage team workflow and distribution of tasks.
    • Set and manage team expectations, actively supporting their personal and professional growth.
    • Ensure timely team evaluations and OKRs.
    Skills:

    • Extensive experience in professional client relationship management.
    • Solid background in digital content, digital marketing, or advertising.
    • Ability to strategize and plan at a senior level.
    • Convincing and confident approach to creative projects.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Effective team management abilities.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and budgetary constraints.
    • Comprehensive understanding of creative processes and digital platforms.
    • Awareness of industry trends and ability to develop innovative ideas.
    • Exceptional presentation skills to translate ideas into compelling campaign strategies.
    • Capability to drive creative direction for multiple projects concurrently.
    • Knowledge of video content development processes is advantageous.
    • Proficient in global and local trends, formats, and advancements in branded content.
    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Minimum 810 years of experience in developing creative digital branded content campaigns at a publishing house, agency, or media outlet.
    • Proficiency in creating integrated content across various marketing channels such as digital, social media, paid media, and mobile platforms.
    • Demonstrated expertise in concept development, including long-form content.
    • Strong creative vision aligned with business goals.
    • Proven track record of ideation for global or large regional brands, with a preference for previous experience with alcohol brands.
    • Expertise in social media best practices across all platforms.
    • In-depth knowledge of managing end-to-end campaigns, from strategy formulation to tactical implementation (including AV/trailers, digital/social, OTT).
