Role Description

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join our ALIV team in Pune. This full-time, on-site role involves crafting high-quality content including graphics and videos, managing our social media profiles, and spearheading effective digital campaigns to bolster our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual content, optimizing social media outreach, and leveraging data analytics to refine digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and produce compelling multimedia content—graphic designs, video, and infographics—that embodies our brand and showcases our services.
• Manage and grow ALIV's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, ) by posting regularly and engaging with our community.
• Execute targeted social media campaigns and monitor their success using analytics tools to enhance reach and engagement.
• Utilize scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Later, and Buffer to maintain a consistent online presence.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, including hands-on content creation and digital marketing.
• Expertise in video editing, graphic design, and content production with a proven portfolio of visually appealing multimedia content.
• Strong proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools to drive strategy and assess performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and email marketing is advantageous.
