    Roles and Responsibilities

    Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phoneand email

    Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

    Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to relay customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of products and services.

    Requirements

    Fluency in English is typically required for international customer care roles. Additionally, proficiency in other languages relevant to the target customer base is a significant advantage.

    Previous experience in international customer service, preferably in a call center or customer care environment, is highly valued.

    Strong problem-solving abilities are essential for resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
