Software Testing – [Manual Testing]Scope of Work:1. Test windows applications, web applications and web services built using Microsoft .

NETtechnologies (, Windows Forms, C#), T-SQL, Entity Framework, WebApi, andAngular (2+), in addition to other basic technologies such as:
HTML, JavaScript.2. Create, update, and maintain test cases for various features of applications.3. Writing SQL queries for testing various functionalities for database testing4. Manual Testing for releases5. Creating and maintaining Regression test plans6. Risk based testing.7.

Review requirements, specifications, and other project documentation to assure qualityof the products and identify relevant automated tests to be developed.8.

Develop, review, and validate test scripts and test plans for all phases of testing,9. Create and manage various test environment setups.10. Consult colleagues concerning QA and testing of software systems.11. Have experience in testing Windows based applications.12. Develop reports or metrics about the testing.13. Any other test related activity as directed.


Qualifications:

Education:

• University degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in computer science, informationsystems or related field International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) certification or theequivalent working experience is desirable

Experience:

• Working knowledge of SQL and of Microsoft SQL Server. Minimum 7 years of experience in Manual testing is required. Experience in creating and managing regression test plans is required. Experience in setting up test environment is required. Extensive experience in creating/updating manual test cases and executing test casesis required. Experience in risk-based testing is required. Experience in Defect Management is required. Ability to work in multicultural environment is required. Experience in Database and API Testing is required. Practical experience and knowledge of Test Management tools such as Microsoft TestManager, is desirable. Experience using Appium for automating Windows applications is desirable. Experience with build tools such as Microsoft TFS is desirable. Experience of working with Windows forms testing is desirable. Experience in Windows WPF, SOA, XML is desirable.
