Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to retirement Ensure CMDB accuracy integrity and ongoing reconciliation Collaborate with procurement IT operations finance and security teams Support internal external audits with accurate asset documentation Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNowITAM HAM SAM CMDB Deep understanding of hardware software cloud asset management
Responsibilities
- Manage hardware software asset data within ServiceNow Define enforce asset management policies standards Monitor asset compliance audits license utilization Drive continuous improvement in asset tracking reporting Identify cost optimization license opportunities Ensure accurate relationship mapping between assets CI records Manage discovery normalization reconciliation processes Handle related risks discrepancies remediation plans Support internal external audits accurate documentation
