Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver post-sale services to key stakeholders and coordinate/prioritize service provision within responsible countries. Establish a process system (Services Support, RMA process) with covering countries and ensure quality of services delivered. Provide back-line technical assistance/support to SI/distributor/T2 channel partner.
Collaborate closely with 2nd Level (TAC) support team to address partner/end customer requests. Collaborate with R&D team on new product feature/PoC tests helping global market release.
