    Job Description:

    The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing, planning, coordinating, and executing all project management activities for assigned projects.

    Detailed Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with internal teams and the project management structure to ensure timely and accurate handling of client requests.
    • Manage interactions with clients, outside counsel, and review providers to oversee work across all groups.
    • Execute day-to-day project requests and overall program-related initiatives, including playbook creation, client reporting needs, custom client requests, and issue identification.
    • Serve as a mentor to Associate Project Managers and colleagues within the global team, specifically offshore teams.
    • Maintain 80% billable utilization across assigned clients.
    • Identify and manage risk proactively.

    Key Requirements:

    • Extensive experience with Relativity front-end tasks and capabilities.
    • Able to provide client trainings, demos, and make recommendations on utilizing the tool.
    • Act as a point of escalation for project issues, working with Sr. Project Managers and/or Team Lead and internal teams to assess, identify root cause, and manage messaging to the client.
    • Lead project meetings internally, with clients, and/or outside counsel to keep project tasks and deadlines on track.
    • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
    • Participate in client meetings on best practices for a project, addressing issues proactively and messaging resolution where appropriate.
