We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help drive store success.

Experience: 01-02 years of experience in Retail, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Handle store opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Train and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
