Maintenance Head

Position: Maintenance Head

Industry: 15+ years in experience.

The ideal candidate will lead and manage a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, overseeing the maintenance department to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for machinery and infrastructure.
• Oversee troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for critical equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance schedules.
• Manage maintenance budgets and costs while improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for parts procurement and technical support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in maintenance management within the aluminum, automobile, or metal industries.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting in manufacturing setups.
