    Overview: As a Domestic Recruiter specializing in Embedded Systems, Semiconductor and VLSI roles, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the technology sector. Your primary focus will be on recruiting professionals with expertise in embedded systems, semiconductor design, and related fields. You will collaborate closely with managers to understand their Client needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fulfill those needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment Strategy Development: Devise and implement recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for Embedded Systems, Semiconductor and VLSI positions, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.
    • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates with expertise in Embedded Systems, Semiconductor and VLSI.
    • Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific embedded systems and semiconductor roles.
    • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Client, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
    • Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the recruitment process and provide updates on their status.
    • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment within the technology sector, particularly in embedded systems and semiconductor domains.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruiting within the technology sector, with a focus on Embedded Systems, Semiconductor and VLSI roles.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of embedded systems, semiconductor design, and related technologies. Familiarity with technical terminology and concepts is essential.
    • Recruitment Skills: Proficiency in sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview coordination. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
