    • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 45 individuals, including onground personnel and consultants.

    Qualifications:

    • Preferred candidates should have graduated from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes
    • Experience in the dairy field is essential, with a focus on understanding customer needs and targeting specific customer segments.
    • Proven ability to manage production units, with knowledge of dairy plants in the Bangalore area and surrounding regions.
    • Strong industry connections and a handson approach to fieldwork are necessary.
