Job description
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and lead the development and execution of our Sales & marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, an ability to think creatively, and a strong track record of delivering results.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Sales marketing strategies that support business goals and objectives.
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Lead market research efforts to gather customer insights and inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, and recommend changes to the marketing strategy as needed.
- Manage and mentor marketing team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think creatively and outside of the box.
- Knowledge of market research methods and techniques.
