    About the Job Role:

    We are currently seeking a skilled and seasoned Twilio Flex developer to come aboard our crew. In this position, you will be a key player in crafting, coding, and rolling out cutting-edge applications utilizing the Twilio Flex platform. You will work hand in hand with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to forge user-friendly and scalable communication solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, create, and upkeep custom Twilio Flex plugins and components.
    • Use React, Redux, and contemporary JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Material-UI or Bootstrap) to construct user-friendly interfaces for the Flex agent desktop.
    • Implement TypeScript or modern JavaScript best practices to ensure code quality and sustainability.
    • Enforce web accessibility standards to establish inclusive user experiences.
    • Script unit and integration tests for thorough application coverage.
    • Implement SOLID design principles and safe coding protocols to erect strong and protected applications.
    • Merge with web services and third-party APIs leveraging tools like Postman, SoapUI, or Fiddler.
    • Build and maintain RESTful web services for efficient data interchange.
    • Experience in working with Azure DevOps to construct CI/CD pipelines for refined development and deployment.

    Required Skills:

    • Extensive background in developing with Twilio Flex and its functionalities.
    • In-depth familiarity with React, Redux, and modern JavaScript concepts.
    • Experience with CSS frameworks such as Material-UI or Bootstrap (Material-UI preferred).
    • Proficiency in TypeScript or a robust understanding of modern JavaScript best practices.
    • Dedication to scripting clean, sustainable, and well-documented code.
    • Comprehension of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
    • Proficiency in unit and integration testing methodologies.
    • Awareness of SOLID design principles and secure coding practices.
    • Experience in integrating with web services and third-party APIs.
    • Understanding of RESTful API design and development.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with Azure DevOps or analogous CI/CD tools.
    • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure (an added bonus).
