    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Quality Control Management

    • Supervise QC activities including inspections, testing, and monitoring of products/materials.
    • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
    • Analyze QC reports and recommend corrective actions for non-conformance.

    Quality Assurance & Compliance

    • Implement and monitor QA processes to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
    • Conduct internal audits and support external audits as required.
    • Ensure documentation and records are maintained accurately for regulatory compliance.

    Process Improvement & Support

    • Identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing quality initiatives.
    • Support root cause analysis for defects or deviations and follow up on corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to enhance product quality.

    Team Management & Training

    • Supervise, mentor, and guide QC/QA staff to ensure effective performance.
    • Conduct training sessions on quality standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
    • Foster a culture of quality awareness across the organization.

    Reporting & Documentation

    • Prepare QC/QA reports, dashboards, and summaries for management.
    • Maintain records of inspections, tests, and audits.
    • Support management in decision-making by providing data-driven quality insights.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3–7 years of experience in QC/QA in manufacturing, production, or related industry.
    • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software/tools.
